HOW TO USE IT
It is advisable to take 2 capsules daily during/after meals (one in the morning and one in the evening) with a little water for at least 20-25 days. Repeat periodically.

Gluten and lactose Free. Suitable for vegans.
Notes: do not take during pregnancy.
