WHEN TO USE IT
Useful for the heart function; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
HOW TO USE IT
We recommend 2 or 3 capsules a day to be taken with water during and after meals. Individual needs may vary.
NOTES
The body does not produce EPA/DHA (Omega 3) or GLA (Omega 6).
