A high protein content means the Mr. Popper´s^® Fitness Protein Pancakes contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. This mixture is composed of a combination of two types of protein, CFM^®– Cross Flow

Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate. This product is excellent for a breakfast but you can consume it during the whole day. These Pancakes are ideal for anyone looking for an easy way to increase protein intake.

Preparation:

1. Blend 2 heaping scoops (60 g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 150 ml of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated griddle.

3. Bake pancakes 60-90 seconds per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
